If you were already enrolled in the Windows Customer Experience Improvement Program (CEIP) or Office Customer Experience Improvement Program (CEIP) programs, you will remain enrolled after you uninstall our software. If you were not enrolled prior to installing our software, we will remove you from those CEIP programs.

Uninstall capability is built-in with the EMR program. You can click Start->Programs, point to the program's group, find and click Uninstall to remove it from your system.
