What's the difference between a Standard Frame and an Inverted Frame?

The standard license plate frame has the screw holes on the top of the frame. This allows a maximum of 25 letters on top, and 35 letters on the bottom. We can turn the frame upside down (Inverted) for those who require the screw holes to be on the bottom of the frame.
