Rubber vibration mounts (sometimes called "silentblocks" or "sandwich mounts") should be inspected before every flight, and replaced if there is any sign of cracking or separating. Like belts, if you can't get replacements from your paramotor dealer, they can be purchased from industrial suppliers; however, I have found that the generic ones sold by McMaster-Carr (normally a good supplier) don't hold up.

If your bearings begin to feel gritty or notched to the touch, they should be replaced. When bearings sit idle for a long time, they must be protected from any moisture. The main reason for the clutch shoes melting to the inside of the clutch bell is the engine's idle speed was too high. If you have to use your foot or a curb to stop the car when it's supposed to idle, your idle speed is too high and the clutch shoes will melt eventually. When assembled on to the gearbox input shaft correctly they will be limited to this by the washer under the main fixing nut acting as a travel stop.
