After submitting your application, you will be asked to sign up for a group interview with 10 other applicants. If you successfully complete this stage of the interview process, you will be called back for an individual interview with a CAS Advising Center staff member. The final staff will be drawn from the pool of students we meet with in individual interviews.

Our staff is found through many different avenues. They are screened, background checked, and interviewed by recruiting staff. They are then hired by the Director. We know children are leaving the security of their parents' home to come stay in an unfamiliar place. Our staff will be trained to detect signs and get right on it. Following each on-campus interview (conducted by a member of the Brown Rudnick Hiring Committee), we invite a select group of students to participate in call-back interviews. Each call-back interview is held in either the Boston or New York offices of Brown Rudnick (the firm will work with each candidate to facilitate all travel arrangements). There will be about 3 or 4 faculty members of IDC and you will be given an opportunity to present design related initiatives and creative work done by you. This could include earlier student projects or professional works. Data gathering enhances doctor-patient communication by giving the physician more information before seeing the patient to better evaluate the problems. Physicians will still interview the patient to get a personal feel for the individual.
