If you do not already have your own equipment to Colocate, or simply wish to manage your costs - you can use one of TurnKey Internet's Dedicated Server Packages. Dedicated Servers are physical computers that are setup and maintained by TurnKey Internet in one of the TurnKey Data-Centers. You have your own physical computer, dedicated to your business - your own private hard drive, cpu, memory, and direct bandwidth connection to the Internet via the TurnKey next-generation fiber-optic network.

Essentially, GD California pays our vendors a setup fee every time we manufacture a different batch of products. It should not be thought of as NRE - it is not. It is the price the vendors charge us to adjust their machines. These vendors make our bare boards, solder our boards, build our sheet metal, etc. Of course these will change from product to product depending on the complexity, size - etc. The fees will also change, to a lesser extent, over time.

Dedicated servers will be setup and released within 5 business days of the date your order was placed. In most cases the servers will be released sooner depending on availability.

We aim to get all dedicated servers setup and live within 4 hours during working hours. If there are any expected delays you will be notified of these in advance.

Yes. SSL can be added at any time to a Virtual or Dedicated Server. To do this simply use the "Add SSL" wizard of our Order Processing System.

Most orders ship same day or next day depending on what time they are received (after 3 PM most orders are sent next working day.) If an item ordered is out of stock then your order may be held for 2-4 days before being sent while we wait for stock to come in. The exception to this is for shoes, as most of them are coming from overseas and sometimes take longer to arrive if we are out of stock.

We don't recommend running multiple dedicated servers, the amount of bandwidth and processors load would make both server games unplayable.
