The National Organic Program took effect on October 21, 2002 and established national standards for organic practices and labeling.

Amy's Low Sodium Marinara and Amy’s Light in Sodium Vegetable Lasagna are the only Amy's Kitchen products that are not certified Kosher due to the presence of non-kosher red wine vinegar.
