The fireworks display is visible all along the Idaho Falls Greenbelt. There are are many ideal places to watch the fireworks so this will ultimately depend on how early you arrive and your own preferences. The fireworks will be shot from the boat ramp nearest the Highway 20 bridge. Any location along the entire Idaho Falls Greenbelt will afford ideal viewing. The fireworks will be launched from the spot marked on the map below.

The best place to watch the jumpers is on the bridge itself. There is no charge to walk on the bridge, and you can gain access onto the bridge from 9am to 3pm. If you walk out to the middle of the bridge, you'll see the platform where the jumpers will take the big leap. If you don't mind walking about 45 minutes down to the landing area at the bottom of the gorge, you can watch the jumpers land or splash down in the New River.

Spectators can watch the race and cheer on their favorite runner from anywhere along the race route, but many choose to cheer from the Finish Line Festival in the parking lot at 18th and Baltimore (one block east of 18th and Main). The Finish Line Festival not only provides a great view of the race, but also offers fun and entertainment for the whole family.

There is a public observation area located at the bend on Robin Hood road adjacent to the Air Cargo Terminal.

Yes. However, spectators are NOT allowed on the field of Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium. Those wishing to watch the finish should be seated in the stands at the stadium. ABSOLUTELY NO ONE EXCEPT RACE PARTICIPANTS AND OFFICIALS ARE ALLOWED ON THE FIELD. This helps to ensure the safety of race participants. Your cooperation is appreciated. (Top)

If you would like to watch a particular race from the umpires launch then you can book places with the start team. Seats can be booked at any time during the regatta. Please be at the start area 30 minutes before race time. Each crew is issued with a voucher, which entitles a place to be reserved for the coach or another nominated person. This needs to be confirmed at least 40 minutes before the time of the race in order to reserve the seat. Otherwise it may be allocated to someone else.

Due to certain principles of acoustics, the corner of the room is almost always the ideal location to place a subwoofer. The next best location to place a subwoofer is along a wall. Home theater aficionados may like to place the subwoofer to the side or behind the seating, near the listener, as this will provide better upper-bass impact. For the best experience, avoid placing the subwoofer or your seating in the middle of the room, because there is a bass void there.

Place the machine on a level surface. There should be 6 feet of clearance behind the machine, 3 feet on each side and one foot in front for the power cord. Playing a priest is a great way to get quickly enmeshed in the politics and goings-on of SK.

Place smoke detectors in the corridors leading into bedrooms. Mount the detector in the middle of the ceiling or twelve inches down from the ceiling if mounted on a wall. If you live in a two-story home, place the detector at the top of the stairwell. Never place the detector close to a kitchen or bathroom. If possible, place a smoke detector on every level of the home.

Members are welcome to join us for all practice races. If at any time you feel uncomfortable, you can park your car and watch if you like. We all were rookies at one time, and we don't care how fast you are, only that you race clean. The speed will come in with practice.

This is mandated by the state fire Marshal and our insurance companies to keep you safe and protect us. Absolutely. This is a highly regulated industry and because of our safety procedures we have never had a major incident since we opened our track over three years ago. Other tracks that don't have you sign a waiver or are lower in cost most likely don't have the proper amount of insurance or don't care as much about your safety.

Each finisher receives a custom pint glass. Medals are not provided. The top 15 finishers (both male and female) will receive a custom, handmade wooden plaque. Some of our sponsors have also graciously provided some fantastic door prizes. These will be handed out randomly as runners are finishing.

The North Pole Bike Extreme race is scheduled to take place on 6th April 2008. Competitors will leave our departure point (Spitsbergen, Norway) on 5th April and return on 7th April, therefore spending about 48 hours in the polar region.

The race will be run from a drifting North Pole camp, which floats about the North Pole between 89N and 90N. There will be a circular route of at least one mile, but possibly two miles or more distance. Leads (breaks in the ice) and safety criteria will ultimately determine the maximum length of the circuit. The finish will occur at the ceremonial Pole where all the lines of longitude symbolically meet.
