Queasy Drops are safe and effective for pregnant women. As a matter of fact we have a version of the product called Preggie Pops to help with morning sickness.

We offer two yoga classes per week specifically for prenatal women. In addition, feel free to come to any level 1 class. We do not recommend detoxing while you're pregnant. Many women are already very toxic and detoxing can cause serious healing induced shock to the body which may cause complications during the pregnancy. Therefore, it is best to detox before or after pregnancy.

If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, only use this medicine on the advice of your health care provider. Smoking can seriously harm your child. Try to stop smoking without using any nicotine replacement medicine. This medicine is believed to be safer than smoking. However, the risks to your child from this medicine are not fully known.

There is a lot of debate on the subject of Pilates and pregnancy and exercise in general. Generally speaking, moderate exercise is safe throughout a normal, healthy pregnancy and many gentle Pilates exercises are appropriate. However, keep the following cautions in mind. Do not over-exert the abdominal muscles to avoid diastasis recti (separation of the abdominal muscles). Avoid all Pilates exercises that require you to lie on your back.
