The Federation of Historic Motoring Clubs of SA Inc. was formed in 1970 as the Federation of Vintage Car Clubs. The present title was assumed in 1994 to reflect the changes which had taken place both in the make up of the membership of the Federation and the nature of the Historic Vehicle Movement in the intervening quarter century. The "Federation", whatever its formal title, has worked tirelessly to represent the interests of Historic Motor Vehicles and their owners at all levels.

The SEB rest has approximately 38 M.O.A. both for elevation and windage. The amount of the M.O.A. is based on common distance (center to center of about 27") between the front bag and the rear bag. The SEB rests have been used in many major Centerfire & Rimfire tournaments, including in long range events & F-Class shooting.

Administrators are assigned the highest level of control over the entire board. They can control all facets of board operation which include setting permissions, banning users, creating usergroups or moderators, etc. They also have full moderator capabilities in all the forums.
