The Sussex County Library System has resources in many formats, from books to DVDs. Materials for both children and adults are available, and programs for adults and children are offered at all branches throughout the year, including a Summer Reading Club. The D'Amour Library has over 115,000 volumes, 15,000 print and digital subscriptions, a variety of digital periodicals, interlibrary loan, online reference help, full text and abstracting databases including WILDPAC, the online database of holdings in D'Amour Library and the Law Library. The library also has over 50 PCs for student use. Coffee and tea are now available in the Parent's Lounge in the Library.

Counseling Services offers individual, relationship and group counseling to undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled in at least one course for credit. There is no limit to the number of sessions a student may have while enrolled in the college. Educational programs such as workshops, lectures, and awareness days are also offered.

The Counseling Center provides counseling for NC State students experiencing personal, academic or vocational problems. Psychological assessment and psychiatric consultation are also available. Services are primarily short-term in nature and referrals to other helping professionals and community agencies are made as appropriate. Strict confidentiality is assured. In response to the needs of the women we serve, Sharsheret now offers the following programs and services: The Link Program, a peer support network connecting women newly diagnosed or at high risk of developing breast cancer with others who share similar diagnoses and experiences. Education and Outreach Programs, including community outreach events in private homes as well as health care symposia addressing the concerns of Jewish women facing breast cancer.

General medical care, women’s health services, allergy shots, nutrition assessments, physical therapy, psychiatry, immunizations, laboratory, pharmacy, health promotion, anonymous HIV and sexually transmitted infection testing, and x-ray. We provide basic, outpatient, family practice-type services. We also provide urgent care services (minor suturing, splinting, intravenous therapy) for acute injuries and illnesses that cannot wait for an appointment.
