Yes. As part of your SBC Yahoo! DSL package, you also have access to unlimited nationwide dial-up Internet access. You can use the dial-up service whenever you travel or are away from your high-speed DSL connection. If you do not currently have a dial-up connection on your computer you need to download the SBC Yahoo! Dial Connection Manager software.

Assuming your CO can offer DSL, your location must be within about 17,500 cable feet of your central telephone switching office (or CO). Since these are cable feet, the actual straight-line distance to qualify could be shorter than 17,500 feet. If your location qualifies for DSL, the last requirement is that your telephone line must be able to carry the DSL signal. On average, approximately 65 percent of customers serviced by DSL-equipped central offices will qualify.

In addition to having DSL available in their central office, customers must be less than 17,500 feet from their central office or live in a neighborhood where a DSL Gateway has been installed. Please note that the measurement from the central office to the customer premise is the length of the telephone line facility, not street miles or air miles. You can disconnect your DSL service by calling AT&T DSL Customer Care at 1-877-937-5288 (1-877-XDSLATT), and verbally requesting to disconnect your service. You can also ask for the Clarify case number which is associated with your disconnect request.

You receive one static IP address with each DSL order. If you require more IP addresses, you must justify this to ADSL Direct and we will issue them on a case-by-case basis.
