Enter the correct SMTP server. (Please note that web based email usually does not allow you to use their server. For example you may not use Hotmail, AOL or Yahoo mail to name a few.). Some servers require a username and password to send the mail. Contact your email provider to see if they are needed. Most often the user name and password are the same that you use to receive mail. If you do not remember them please contact your email provider.

Internal Error messages indicate that there may be a problem with one or more of the helper files that the PS-6155 software requires to run. Other software may have overwritten these files with a different version, or they may not be installed in the correct directory. You can usually eliminate this problem by closing all applications and reinstalling the PS-6155 software. In Windows 95, you should install the software from Safe Mode.

First off, be sure you have the latest version of RTM. Secondly, be sure you have the latest Visual Basic Files installed. If you are still getting the message, try un-installing RTM(deleting the directory as well) and re-installing it. If that doesn't work, please let me know. This was built into the program because of certain hours not going into 24 evenly(for example 23). So when you set an hourly alarm to go off every 23 hours, it will go off every 23 hours, and not reset on the next day.

Our mail server is using 'pop before smtp' or 'smtp after pop' technology. In other word, email user must do a pop authentication (checking email) so that your IP will be kept in our mail server for about 30 minutes. Within this period, you are allowed to send email via our smtp / outgoing mail server. Using this technology, you are allowed to send mail regardless which ISP you connect to Internet.

This may happen if your system is not configured to handle MAPI requests. Please contact the vendor of your email client program for more information about MAPI support.

There have been several reports of the offline messages being sent via email never arriving. As it turns out, spam filters will frequently identify BitWise offline messages sent via email as spam. This is probably due to our notice at the bottom of the email referring to the messages being never sent unsolicited. We recommend that you adjust your filters to allow messages with the subject or sender that you specified in the offline message preferences.

This often happens because your email address is incorrectly typed in. Please login to the desktop portion of the site (http://Infotube.net/desktop) and edit your ad to check the spelling of your email address and make any corrections as this will often fix the issue. Otherwise. make sure you accept mail from our domain @infotube.net. Most of our automated mailings come from the address alert@infotube.net.

The exact error message looks like Could not find USB device (vendor 0x0000, product 0x0000). Make sure this device is connected to the computer You have to set up the permissions on your USB device correctly. See Section 4.3, "Setting up permissions for USB ports".

An error message with the number 691 could mean that your account is inactive. Please contact our Customer Service department at 1-877-454-1566 for this or any other error messages.

This is because one of the tagline files(*.txt, *.rtf, *.htm) is currently open when RTM is trying to create those files. This has been fixed in the latest version.

quot;invalid certificate" message indicates that the private key is missing. With Plesk, you need to first paste in the private key, secondly paste in the certificate, then "Submit".

When you are importing from Outlook, it is important that your field headers map. In Microsoft Outlook, the field headers should be: Last Name, and Company Name. These are not Case Sensitive.

Error 401 is usually generated when an invalid combination of a username/password is entered. Users are given three attempts to enter their username/password correctly. If they fail on all three attempts an Error 401 will be returned. Please check you confirmation email to be sure you are using the correct username/password. Please be aware that the username/password combo is cAsE sEnsItiVe.

Depending on the type of '452' error, different actions should be taken. If the '452' error indicates a 'temporary embargo' on the message, then resending it may resolve the problem. If the error still occurs, contact Technical Support.

Answer: MicroStation GeoGraphics V8 will pass along messages that are generated by the Oracle Server. These error messages may be looked up in the following Oracle online documentation.
