We highly recommend that you arrive at least two days prior to your tour date in order to acclimate to any time differences, thus being prepared to fully enjoy your tour. For your convenience, we are able to make reservations at recommended hotels in major cities before or after your tour. When making your tour reservations, please inquire about hotel selections.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment in order to prepare for your massage. If you are a new client you will need to fill out a case history form. Arriving late will deprive you of precious minutes of your treatment. Unfortunately no matter how late you start, your treatment will end at the allotted time.

We ask all new patients to arrive a few minutes early to fill out personal and insurance information or you can CLICK HERE print it out and bring it with you.

Passengers should consult their individual airline, but we recommend arriving at least two hours in advance of flight time. Again, keep in mind that if it is necessary to remove liquids at the checkpoint, time will be added to the process.

If you have tickets in your possession you should check in at the airline counter no less than 60 minutes before your scheduled departure. If you have reservations, but do not have tickets in your possession, allow more time and check with your airline.

The doors will be open and registration will be available starting at 3:30 p.m. for the first two nights. Then for the rest of the meetings that start at 7:00 p.m., the doors will be open and registration will be available starting at 6:30 p.m. Feel free to come early and relax and enjoy the nature videos.

In Monteverde, tour times are 7:30 am, 10:30 am and 2:30 pm DAILY. At the Iguana Park location, you should arrive by around 9:30 am. We can accomodate groups arriving later as well, but you must arrive before 1:00 pm atIguana Park. Please make reservations in advance so you will be assured that there will a guide waiting for you when you arrive.

Yes, you can deviate either at the beginning or the end of the tour with a minimal air deviation charge. Our tour operator can also assist you with additional hotel nights etc.
