Vehicle regulations vary from country to country but they are almost always highly detailed in terms of paperwork, regulations and procedures. Before sending any vehicle overseas, be sure to check with our office first. Then also check the local Embassy of the destination country and insist on seeing the regulations in writing. If there are any doubts or concerns about what is or is not allowed, our office can assist in checking at the destination with reliable sources.

RORO shipments are only available at certain time in the month, depending on Port of Destination & circumstances. The shipment schedules are only available 1~2 weeks before Estimated Shipment Date & are subject to changes. Current available schedule will only be relevant to paid orders that have been added to our Shipment Booking.

Upon receipt of your shipping documents please contact your local Shipping Agents who will instruct you on further procedures. For the Durban port we can provide you the contact details of clearing agent.

Most of our vehicles in virtual showroom have already “deregistration documents” so depending on the shipping schedule we can start arranging the shipment next day we confirm your payment. However, if you order specially “special order” through Vehicle Order Form then certainly one week will be added to arrange all the documents ready. Moreover, ocean freight time depends on the destination where you want to ship your vehicle and shipping company.

We prefer you not place any personal items in your vehicle. We are not responsible for your personal items or the damage they cause to your vehicle. We require that no more than 100lbs of personal belongings can be placed in the vechicle. Items must be confined to the trunk. If the items weight is more than 50lbs and not confined to the trunk, the driver will charge at his/her discretion.

If you don't want to drive your vehicle to Alaska for vacation or when you're moving, take heart. Cars, trucks, RVs and boats can be loaded onto a container ship inSeattle and delivered to Anchorage. The loading, voyage and unloading takes a week or more. Drivers in Washington state who want to visit the Inside Passage and then head for the Alaska Highway have another option.

Anyone who has access to a motor vehicle and a copy of the MSO can legally title and register that vehicle under their name. Since all orders are shipped via third party LTL trucking companies, and unfortunately we have experienced lost shipments in the past, we choose to send your MSO via mail after you receive your vehicle safely.

Your vehicles original title and or a letter of release from the lien holder (I.E. Bank, Finance company) will be requested along with an export power of attorney (EPA), which will need to be notarized and photocopy of your drivers license. DAS Global Services will provide you with the Export power of Attorney at the time of booking.
