Initial City Link will leave you a card stating the date and time of attempted delivery. You will then be able to contact your local depot to either arrange a new delivery time, or to call in and pick them up yourself. If they are able to, City Link drivers will either leave the blinds with a neighbour, or a safe place in or around your property that is easily accessible. Again, if they do this, a card should be left for you stating where the blind has been left.

Most people are not home for delivery. We deliver to garages, back doors, front doors -- any place not in direct sun and reasonably obscured from passersby. Where this is not possible, we can maintain a key to a garage, security gate or other area. We have hundreds of keys for this purpose. It's important that clear instructions on exactly where turf is to be places are given, particularly for larger orders. Turf can become quite heavy; 50 m² (75 rolls) weighs about one tonne.
