Client Communiqu? does not require additional RAM to be installed. Only normal Windows requirements need be met, however as with most other programs, speed may increase with the addition of memory. Client Communiqu? requires a minimal amount of hard drive space. Only 10-20 Meg Bytes of space is required for the program files.

Disk space: GMT contains some 100,000 lines of code. On a Linux workstation the executables take up about 15-50 Mb depending on use of shared libraries. This depends on what you expect your student to do with his or her Mac. The average MP3 music file, usually one song per file, takes up about 4 Mb of hard drive space, whereas one minute of video footage can take up about 210 Mb. In general, 80 Gb (or 80,000 Mb) is as small as you'd want to go. 120 Gb is roomier, and 160 Gb will provide plenty of room for years to come. Also consider external hard drive storage.
