The download speed mostly depends on the seeder-to-leecher ratio (SLR). Poor download speed is mainly a problem with new and very popular torrents where the SLR is low. You can improve the reliability of your service by improving the strength of the signal received by your modem. The signal strength indicator light which is the top light on the front of your modem shows the strength of the signal received by the modem.
