Im not sure if this is the case for all account holders, but I have never gotten my ticket earlier than three weeks before the start of the season. The last two years, the ticket have arrived within 14 days of opening day. The first few years, this made me a bit nervous, thinking that they may have forgotten about me but maybe it takes a while because my name is at the end of the alphabet????
