Do you have other third-party browser plug-ins installed on your system? Some of these plug-ins don't play so well with the Job Search Toolbar. If you want to continue using the Job Search Toolbar, we recommend you uninstall other browser plug-in software and see if that corrects the problem. We appreciate your patience while we work on a solution.

Everybody's Web browser crashes or locks up once in a while, so it doesn't necessarily mean there's something wrong with your computer. If you experience a crash but you still have control of your mouse, close all of your programs, disconnect from the Internet, and restart your computer. Then reconnect to the Net and restart your browser. If you're system has locked up completely, turn off the power switch, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on.

Sometimes, your Internet connection may be interrupted somehow. If this happens, simply connect back to the Internet and go back to the chat room. Unfortunately, when your chat session is interrupted, the chat box is erased and you will not be able to see the previous discussion. But you can always read the chat logs later by clicking on the "Chat Logs" link on the Course Menu.

We've have been reported that messed up JavaScript could return a VC++ runtime error and crash Internet Explorer on a few windows configuration. The solution is to setup carefully the JavaScript file (copy/paste existing line to add parameter).

When you start an evaluation, each time you hit the "Next" button, your responses for that page will be saved. You can return to finish it anytime before the evaluation period closes by logging into the system and clicking on the course again. Any courses with incomplete evaluations will be at the top of your course listings and will have "resume FCE" next to it.

Don't worry, we have built in data recovery technology into this form. If your browser crashes, or you lose your Internet connection, you can simply return to the CDX web site and continue filling out your form. If you choose, you can begin the submission process again.

Check that your browser settings comply with the recommendations in Question 1. If VM is not installed in your system, you will be prompted with an error message when you attempt to login to UOB Internet Banking (Personal).

The recommended tool is cURL. Alternatively, you can also move the core file to another system on the network which does have a web browser installed.

There is usually nothing wrong with our images. We can download them on the systems we have at the CMC without problems. If you have difficulties viewing some elements at the site, we are unlikely to be able to help you unless it is a problem on our server. Just redownload language pack from registered customer's page for the full version or from www.opm-2.com title page for the trial one, delete all languages in 'Languages' subfolder of Oxygen Phone Manager II (by default: C:\Program Files\Oxygen\OPM2\Languages ) and OPM.

This bug occurs when you telnet to a Linux box from a host whose IP address is not resolvable to a hostname. There are some different methods for fixing this.

Edit scripts directory/config.xml and remove the <script>...</script> element for the offending script. You may also want to delete the offending script itself from scripts directory.

Upgrade to most recent stable Firefox version. Firefox up to 1.0.4 was affected by the 2 years old Bug 217967 which used to randomly crash the browser after security permissions have been changed. I fixed it with a patch that was landed in the Mozilla source tree on 30 June 2005, hence Firefox 1.0.

Ideally, there should be someone around 24 hours a day to make sure the system is put back up when it dies. A reasonable compromise for companies that aren't large enough to do this is to be sure someone's on the system during peak usage hours, to make sure the system is reset when it goes down.

Indexed annuities do carry a guaranteed minimum return, but only if you keep the policy until its maturity date. The guaranteed return is usually 3%, but that may not be 3% of what you paid into the policy in the first place. Some companies guarantee you'll get at least 3% of 90% of what you spent. Also make sure you check on how that minimum return is computed. If, for example, you get at least 3% compounded annually, that works out to a little more than a 10% gain after seven years.
