If the contest is still active (the contest will indicate how much time is remaining to submit) then you will have a link that says "SUBMIT ENTRY" in the Contest options box on the upper left hand side of the contest page.

Most contests run for a 7-day submission period (during which entries are hidden from everyone except the Worth1000 administrators). Then they run for a 2-day voting period immediately after, during which the entries are visible to everyone. The above timeline is just what is generally done, but can be altered based on the needs of the sponsor, the type of contest (i.e. an animation contest) and/or the listing cost of the contest.

Contests are limited to registrants during the larger conventions, while they may be open to everyone at the smaller ones. Categories seem to differ greatly, however some of the more standard ones you can expect include: best black & gray, most unusual, best tribal, best portrait, best overall. Since the contests are typically judged by the contest sponsor, there is no way to speak for every judge. Please see the contest rules for each contest for further details about the contest's standards and qualifications. Please note that reviews play no part in the judging process at all. Neither does the chart position of a contest song. The judges more than likely never see the reviews or the charts. Competition will take place when there are no classes. That means: evenings after 9pm, Friday afternoons, Saturdays, and Sundays. Games may be held at other times only if both captains consent.

Athletic practices for the 2005-2006 school year are held at Lakeville North High School. They are held Monday through Friday from 2:30 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. Contests dates will vary depending upon the sport. The school provides transportation to and from events unless we are competing in district. A one way shuttle is provided for in district contests. Parents should pick up students from the in district contest site.
