From the Long Island Expressway (495) LIE to exit #37 Willis Avenue head south towards Mineola. When Willis Avenue dead ends into Old Country Road make a right and immediately get into your left hand lane, turn left onto County Seat Drive, and begin looking for a parking space. Metered parking is available on County Seat Drive. Parking south of 240 Old Country Road is limited. Parking is available in Municipal lots, but be sure to observe posted restrictions.

Once a satisfaction of judgment has been filed, you must obtain a "certificate of disposition of judgment" or "CDJ" from the County Clerk. Upon payment of a fee of $5, the County Clerk will provide you with an original CDJ. You should retain the original CDJ for your records and mail copies to the credit reporting agencies. The CDJ is official proof that the judgment has been satisfied.

The Office of the Clerk of the Superior court is located in Room M206 in the County Courthouse at 3000 Rockefeller Ave, Everett, WA 98201 and a satellite office is located at the Denney Juvenile Justice Center, 2801 10th Street, Everett, WA, 98201. Both offices are open to the public from 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays.

The Nassau County Clerk's Office is located at 240 Old Country Road, Mineola. We are the blue building on the corner of Old Country Road and County Seat Drive.
