Firstly, MtG Editor is updated infrequently, so the version you offer may often not be current. And secondly, most users need the instructions given on my site. If not, use the zipped version. It works on any OS with Java installed. At least theoretically - from what I've heard, it doesn't work under Mac.

You can use any software package that creates plain text to build your Web page. Notepad is built into the Windows operating system and is just fine for the purposes of this course.
