Plans are underway this year for improvements, but with the phone company being a government entity we are not holding our breath. Yes you can run multiple modem packages using one phone line, but you cannot run two modem packages on the same line at the same time. You can use Microsoft Fax with Exchange to monitor incoming calls and then open a Dial Up Networking connection for the Internet.
