If the reason for the return is due to an error on our part, we will reimburse you for the cost of the return shipping, and we will not charge you to re-ship your hat after the error has been corrected. Otherwise, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. So be careful to give us the correct size in the beginning.

Our tool is extremely powerful, and could be used for Black Hat by the less scrupulous. We do not suggest you do so.

While we offer a variety of blank hats that can be customized to a one of a kind hat, at this time, the only licensed product that can be customized is the MLB Wool Classic. We hope to allow customization on other licensed product in the near future. Check back soon!
