The presence of this orange DDD logo indicates that TriDef Visualizer has successfully enhanced this application and you should be experiencing a 3D effect. If not, please check the 3D settings (3D Scene Depth, Percent Behind Screen) for this application in the TriDef Control Panel.

While a serial number in the MICR line is mandatory, a cheque number elsewhere on the cheque is optional. MIMIC is a client/server application, i.e., it consists of two complementary sets of programs. The server program mimicd needs to run before the client programs mimicview and mimicsh can do their work. When you start mimicview, the GUI client, it starts the server program mimicd automatically, if it is not already running. If so, it also starts a logging window to dump the diagnostic output of the server program. If mimicd is already running, mimicview just attaches to it.

Free Playback Software is able to be used without completing the Activation process, however features not supported by the free trial version will be displayed in 2D/3D Split Screen. In another of a long line of Design Decisions I Regret, xv tries to do all sorts of clever things with regard to the image window's position on screen. For example, if you issue the Max Size command, xv will position the window so that the window's contents exactly fill the screen (and the titlebar, frame, etc. are off the edges). Clever when it works, a big pain in the ass when it doesn't.

When I scrub a region to locate the edit point, then release the mouse, the selector won't go to where I scrubbed. Pro Tools keeps playing the same highlighted selection over and over. I just want to it play once and then stop.

You may need to adjust the viewfinder's diopter to your vision. To the right of the viewfinder eyepiece cup is the diopter adjustment dial. While looking through the viewfinder, rotate the diopter adjustment dial until you can see the AF frame clearly in the center of the viewfinder.
