Can I connect more than one computer to BeCom Wireless?
The setup fee associated with BeCom Wireless only includes the installation of one point. After the initial installation, you are free to configure your own home network to share the connection, however, we are unable to provide support for any home networks or PC's that are not directly connected to BeCom Wireless.
How does BeCom Wireless work?
The network is a point to multipoint network made up of a fast backbone and 802.11 based Customer Premises Equipment transmitting from base stations up to 3kms depending on the product.
Can BeCom Wireless operate under a UNIX or Linux based operating system?
It is possible for a connection to be established under such operating systems. We, however, do not support any such installation or configuration and will not be able to help you out if you experience any problems.
