Yes. The outer pak is under warranty for one year (see the warranty terms and conditions card that came with your CamelBak). These are problems with the retainer collar. There is nothing that we can recommend to glue the retainer collar onto the tube. You can send it back for repair. Write "Repair" on the outside of the package/box. You will receive the same reservoir back repaired.

While in some cases it might be possible, this is rarely a good idea. Water saturation may be harmful to some materials used in the making of the cover. The mechanical action created in a washing machine is a far more dangerous thing; it can cause the cover become distorted as some materials stretch more than others. Drying is a problem, also. Some materials may shrink making the cover too small to fit properly on the bed. Inconsistent shrinkage may also distort the shape of the cover.

You can also machine wash warm or cold with your regular detergent, preferably in a laundry bag so they do not inadvertently get placed in the dryer-AIR Dry ONLY. Absolutely, you should always dry the foot before application of either the regular Equi-Pak or the new Equi-Pak CS. Equi-Pak CS sets up a bit softer than the regular Equi-Pak but will provide support for thin soled, sensitive feet.

I prefer handwash or automatic washer with "delicate" program: warm water (near 40c) and some neutral detergent with NO chlorine or bleach, like ones used for kids' clothes. Please buy a washing bag (used widely to wash legwear) and always close all the zippers on the suit, if you're using a washing machine. Never use dryers or fans - let the suit dry on the air, and preferrably in horisontal position... That's all!

Wrong. Unwanted substances, like chemicals and soil, can be carried through the skin of the fruit on the surface of knives, peelers, and other utensils. To ensure safe eating, always wash oranges, lemons, potatoes, watermelons, and cantaloupes with Veggie Wash before peeling or slicing.

If you are required to use an air pak you can get annual training from the fire department. You must be ODH qualified by the medical office and pass a respirator fit test administered by your ES&H group. You can take the one hour class at the fire department. The class will not be given to those who need glasses or with facial hair, both of which can cause leaks. Bring your ODH card to be signed off by the instructor.
