A 3 bed room suite has 1 Double bed & 2 single beds. 1 couple and 2 adults/children would be comfortable. Suggest a Max of 4 persons. 1 Extra foldaway bed can be arranged if required. All payments are to be made out in favor of "Muldat Properties Ltd" in Hong Kong Dollars & Payable in Hong Kong.

bed Room Suite has one double bed good for couple. If you have a small kid with you, we can provide you a baby cot.

There is eleven-and-a-half inches of clearance under all beds, except that Perkins beds have twenty inches of clearance. Some of the beds frames are metal with round feet. Some of the bed frames are wooden with big square feet. If you are thinking about putting risers under the feet, check that they could accommodate the large legs - or wait until you get here and know what your bed looks like.

The en-suite facilities include a bathroom (or shower) and toilet as part of the room itself. A room listed as basic is just the room (normally with wash basin), while the toilet and bathroom are separate, often down the corridor.

Measuring A Room SpaceBefore buying a new bed, determine if your bed's frame will be appropriate for your new bed. After finding out about the frame, use a measuring tape to measure the length and width of the area in which the new bed will be installed. If you are using the old mattress frame, also measure the depth of the area as well, just in case the new bed is too high for the headboard.

All available platform beds are placed in the residence halls at the beginning of the school year. Because of the popularity of these platform beds, they are rarely returned to Housing and Dining Services. There are no extra units and in some buildings platform beds are not installed due to factors such as the height of the ceilings, room dimensions and other furniture configurations.

I used to think that there was no healing suite on level 3 at all (and it's probably the one level where a healing suite is needed the most!). As I found out, there is a healing suite, accessed via the door in the southwest corner, down a short corridor. It's not easy to see, but there's a switch on the left wall which opens the door.

The En-Suite means, the bathroom and the toilet are inside the room. The Non En-Suite means, the rooms have their own private hand wash basins, cold and hot water, however the bathroom and the toilet are just outside the room. We have two rooms which are non En-Suite and they are available at a cheaper rate. The shared bathroom and the toilet are for Guest use only.
