The use of backticks in reStructuredText is a bit awkward with Scandinavian keyboards, where the backtick is a "dead" key. To get one ' character one must press SHIFT-' + SPACE. Unfortunately, with all the variations out there, there's no way to please everyone. The Page zooming features zooms all images on a page according to your settings. It does this by changing the style.width and the style.height attributes of each image on the page. This is CPU intensive in the Firefox/Mozilla layout engine if these attributes don't exist. This slows down Firefox/Mozilla considerably when there are many images on a page.
