All six USC Marshall MBA programs award the same MBA diploma which is accredited by AACSB International. The faculty who teach in IBEAR also teach in other MBA programs or in undergraduate programs. IBEAR participants are older than the students in most two-year MBA programs. There are fewer U.S. nationals and more participants from outside the U.S. in IBEAR than in most two-year MBA programs. The one-year length is seen as an advantage by IBEAR's older participants.
