Factors motivating kids to join gangs vary individual to individual. A multitude of social and economic reasons can be involved. Power, status, security, friendship, family substitute, economic profit, substance abuse influences, and numerous other factors can influence kids to join gangs. Gang members also cross all socio-economic backgrounds and boundaries regardless of age, sex, race, economic status, and academic achievement.

Klee Kai love kids and do great with them as long as the child has been taught to respect the dog and not tease it. These dogs are small enough that an out of control child could cause serious damage. Most Klee Kai would give a child enough leeway that the child could cause serious damage before the dog could run. Most communities in the Chicago suburban area have gang members living within their jurisdiction. The Warrenville Police Department has identified some gang members living in the community. Although there are very few incidents of "anti-social gang behavior" in the community, even one incident is considered too many. I don't want to neglect the problem, but nothing ever happened to me, nothing was robbed or anything like it. You should stick to the basic rules (no unofficial money exchange, never leave you stuff unguarded and never drive around alone). I think that these problems rather effect the larger cities (Caransebes isn't one yet). Marijuana, like other drugs, is not for kids. There are many activities in our society that we permit adults to do, but forbid children, such as motorcycle riding, skydiving, signing contracts, getting married and drinking alcohol or smoking tobacco. However, we do not condone arresting adults who responsibly engage in these activities in order to dissuade our children from doing so. Kids are seldom bored on charter. They really get into the sailing and particularly the snorkeling and playing on the beach. We'd advise leaving really young kids at home, though. Those 5 and under who don't know the word "No" could be in danger of catching fingers in winches, etc. Get comfortable floatation vests for all young children - something they won't mind wearing.
