We advise that invitations should be sent out no later than 6 weeks prior to your wedding day, however 12 weeks is probably best during the busy summer months. In order for you to receive your order in plenty of time we would like at least 8 weeks to produce your invitations, that's 20 weeks before your big day but obviously the more notice you give, the better.

You should order your invitations generally 3 - 5 months prior to your wedding date. At this time all of the details of the ceremony and reception, such as time and location should be confirmed. (If you are panicking because it is well past that date, don't fear because some of our card manufacturers offer 48 - 72 hour printing.

You and your fianc? should sit down and make a list of all family members, friends and work associates you would like to include in your wedding. Then have each of your parents make a list of friends, family members and work associates they would like to include. Remember that married couples will only receive one invitation and that single children under the age of 18 may be included on their parent's invitation.

It is best to order your wedding stationery as soon as you know your ceremony and reception location OR 6-9 months in advance as recently published in InStyle Weddings Magazine. Be sure to give yourself 2 weeks to hand write all of your guest addresses and names on your envelopes! Mail 2 months before your wedding.

If you wish to order you can do so by downloading and completing an order form which are available in word or pdf format. When you have completed the order form please return it complete with cheque for 50% of the total price. When we have received payment we will send you one of each item you have ordered. This is to allow you to check the wording and colours to ensure everything is to your satisfaction before we begin your order.

Send out your invitations six weeks in advance for domestic to eight weeks before the ceremony or earlier if some invitations are to be sent overseas. If you have out-of-town guests attending, you may want to also send a "save-the-date" card at least three months before the wedding so that travel arrangements can be made with ease.

We require a minimum of 16 weeks to design, assemble and ship your invitations, so count back 16 weeks from the date you would like to mail your invitations. Once a design is finalized we can send your envelopes ahead of time so that they can be calligraphied. It is never too early to get started, so contact us today!

Over the years, wedding stationery has become a major part of the budget. All weddings include some form of stationery; programs, place cards, favour tags and thank you notes. Lately stationery has expanded to include: Save-the-Date cards, table numbers, seating charts, map & accommodation cards, menu cards and photo guest books. These items elegantly add to the overall ambiance of the event without straining your budget.

We advise that you place your order 16 weeks prior to your wedding. Larger orders may require more time to produce. Please contact us if your wedding is less than 16 weeks away as we may be able to help you.

Sorry... because we are a small business with a small staff, we can not accept rush orders and require a minimum of 16 weeks (prior to when you wish to mail your invitations) to complete your order.

You can order up to 8 Paper Follies cartoon persons (this includes pets) on most of our stationery products (see below list of products for which this limit does not apply). We fix the limit to 8 because of size constraint. No. For the moment, we only design our cartoons to be printed on paper (hence the very low price per cartoon). This means that if you order cartoons, you MUST order at least one (1) stationery item for us to print your cartoon (s). If you attempt to submit an order that contains cartoons only, the cart may display an error message. Read HERE on how you can stop this message and proceed with your order.

Yes. We can send a FREE proof with all orders. But unless you order cartoons on your stationery, proofs are optional and you must indicate that you want a proof in your order form. Be aware that the proofing process can add more time to your order processing (2 to 4 days more). However, we recommend all customers to consider that FREE option as we have a non refund policy once the order has printed (read more below about order errors and order cancellations.

Don't skimp is our advice! Increases in quantity after the proof form is received, may not be possible. If we can accommodate the additional quantities, a ?15 job amendment fee will be payable. Invitations - one per couple or household plus extra for mistakes, added guests and keepsakes. Order of Service - usually one per guest plus extra for Minister, Wedding Party, etc and keepsakes. Menus - one per couple is the norm although three per table is acceptable.
