Do Diligence® Partners’ delivers a report, in draft and final form, and optionally a management presentation. A draft report is submitted to the engagement sponsor for review and comments prior to delivering the final report. At client request, draft reports are reviewed with the target company to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Client time requirements depend upon the engagement type and duration. Client time is needed up front to help set the ground rules and define each engagement and to review the Statement of Work that defines the project. For long-duration projects, interim reports and/or meetings help to ensure each project meets client needs. We ask that clients review a draft assessment report.

Clearly this will depend upon the specific, agreed scope of work and the accessibility of the personnel and information that we are assessing. However, as a rough guide, the due diligence will typically require an elapsed time of between two and three weeks. This allows for initial preparation, the actual assessments, reporting time and the final debrief. We always include a timetable as part of our due diligence proposal and we make every effort to keep to this.

If the technology is intrinsic to the business (for example the business might be a supplier of laser technology, or IP telephony systems, or enterprise application integration software, or video streaming technology etc.) then the focus of the due diligence will usually be on that specific technology and would include some form of technology market assessment (competitor differentiation, barriers to entry, unique selling propositions etc.

Typically, engagements last from 2 days to several weeks, depending primarily on 4 key factors: 1) the type of assessment, 2) the needs of the client, 3) the size of technology company assets, and 4) responsiveness of the participants. Technology Due Diligence are typically preliminary (prior to an offer sheet or letter of intent) assessments or pre-closing assessments.

We will deliver the entire code of the application with your design integrated. Your logo and your company name will also be in place. We will also be responsible for the installation of the application on your server. The visual design integrated will only be for the customer interfaces and not the administrator interfaces.

Due diligence is the research you, as the buyer, complete prior to making a bid. This includes questions to the county where the property is located, questions to us, and/or visiting the land. We strongly encourage you to feel comfortable about your knowledge of the property before buying.
