It is recommended to take 1 to 2 sprays of Renewal® under the tongue three (3) times a day, five (5) days a week, or as directed by a health care professional. Hold the liquid under the tongue for 30 to 60 seconds, then swallow. Avoid food, drink (except water), toothpaste, chewing gum, coffee, mints, etc. 30 minutes before and after use to lessen the likelihood of interference with the homeopathic action.
