All rings are shipped in their standard size, if no size is selected. Standard ring size is 7 for ladies and 10 for men. If you are unsure of your size, you may order a standard size and bring it to any Ultra Diamonds location for sizing, at a later date.

We highly recommend, regardless of your weight, height or physical body condition, you measure your arm circumference. If your arm size is 7 to 9 inches you need the small adult cuff, 9 to 13 inches is the standard size adult cuff, and 13 to 17 inches is the large adult cuff. Each model is approved for use with specified cuff sizes. For example, a pleated air filter that is 20x25x1 means 20 inches wide by 25 inches long by 1 inch thick. Most residential air conditioner furnace filters are 1” thick. A - We use a sizing system based on the players height - we've found it to be the best for approximate fitting. However, bear in mind that a player who is 5'1" may be better off with a Medium because that player is at his/her growth stage and their bodies become stronger everyday. Also keep in mind that a player who would normally wear a Large according to the chart may be not strong enough for a large and could probably use the Medium.
