To prevent any fraudulent activity, please call us immediately at 1-800-955-7070. If you are a small business credit card customer, please call us a 1-800-867-0904. From outside the United States, please call our collect number at 804-934-2001. If possible, please have your 16-digit credit card number, the circumstances of the loss or theft such as date and location, the last authorized charges to your account, and any access or purchase checks numbers that need to be honored.

If you believe your VISA has been stolen or lost or a transaction was made without your permission, you must notify us immediately. Memorize your Personal Identification Number (PIN) Do Not write it on the back of your card or keep it with you. Never give out your PIN to anyone. If you currently have a Personal Identification Number (PIN), it is still valid with your new card. If you need a PIN provided or wish to change your PIN, please contact your financial institution

If you believe your creditcard/check card has been lost or stolen, call (301) 948-9880 and select option 3 to report it. If you are outside of Maryland but still inside the US call (800) 453-4270 to report your credit card/check card lost or stolen. To report a lost or stolen credit card/check card when traveling outside the US, please call (410) 581-9994, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Collect calls are accepted. Your current cards will be blocked and replacement cards ordered.

If your EBT card is lost or stolen, you should report it IMMEDIATELY by calling your State's toll-free customer service number. A new card will be reissued to you within 2-5 days.

If the fleet card is lost or stolen, the LFPC or cardholder is \ to immediately report it to Voyager at 1-888-785-1747. No action needs to be taken in PCMS unless the LFPC wants to make a notation on the fleet card account in the Comments field of the Fleet Card Setup screen. Voyager will automatically delete the lost/stolen card and send a new card with a new account number and send this information electronically to PCMS to update the system.

Call the toll-free Indiana Debit Card Customer Service Center, 1-888-393-5866, to report a lost or stolen card. A new card will be issued and any remaining balance will be transferred to the new card. If you report the missing card immediately and have not compromised your PIN, you will not be responsible for any confirmed fraudulent activity that occurs on your card.

You must make a new appointment and obtain a police report from local authorities to bring to the interview.

In the case of a stolen Visa Buxx card, either you or your teen should call the 800 number on the back of the card immediately. And remember to always keep your card number in a safe place - you'll need it for a replacement card. Your replacement card will arrive in seven to ten business days.

Credit cards, such as TD Visa, have an international network for handling these situations. As soon as you discover that your Card is missing, call the customer service number provided with your Card. For your convenience, these numbers are provided for TD Visa Cardholders below. Your Card will immediately be cancelled and arrangements will be made for its replacement. Some Cards also offer a CardAssist Card Registry Service to assist you in the event that your Cards are lost or stolen.

Immediately report a lost or stolen Visa card to us. To avoid service interruption on Automatic Bill Payment, provide billers with your new Visa card information. Remember, with Visa's Zero Liability policy†, you are 100% protected against any monetary loss resulting from unauthorized use of your Visa card both online and offline.
