It is possible to damage equipments when playing with PC vidoe hardware and workstation monitorts. If the monitor has standard video inputs, is workign properly, cable is properly constructed and everything is connected to properly grounded power outlet then the risk of damaging the graphics card is minimal. Some monitors can be damaged by sending wrong frequencies to them, so be sure that you send right frequencies to monitor.

Generally, yes. SingleControl is built to be used on a multiple system setup with multiple displays. However for smaller installations you may be able to get away with using just one or two monitors.
