Why can't the Dwarf draw his sword and use it?

Lost Worlds FAQ page
The original design of the dwarf didn't include a sword. Unfortunately, we didn't make that clear to the artist, who drew it in to match some sketches we'd previously approved. Is there a particular reason why the Woman in Scale's (reprint version) ducking maneuver is a score page? I can't think of any other character who is treated as being hit when ducking. While a -6 is likely to result in no damage, it does provide one less maneuver to use against spell casters. I'll have to check that one.

Is there anything you can't draw?

Welcome
I think if you take any subject and draw from the big shapes down, you can draw anything. It's a matter off looking and drawing what you see, not what you know. Also, familiarity with a subject makes it easier to draw. If you really like hot rods, chances are you'll draw them well.

Should I use a staff or a sword?

WoW - The Warlock Guide
This depends entirely on the gear you have available. Keep in mind that staves are two-handed, and will not let you use a spell stone for the added critical hit bonus.

So if Truehome can't draw a house plan for me, why should I use it?

Truehome FAQ
A Holistic Approach to Creating a Home: In normal architectural practice, the process of developing the criteria for a design is called "programming." What Truehome does is combine all the traditional practices architects use to program such design criteria with a variety of techniques that map the "eco-system" of your life. That includes how you feel, what you love, how you live, what your goals and values are, your budget and many other factors. We call all these details "building blocks.

What do you use to draw?

Eevzy's Place
Anything that seems good at the moment. Usually it's Open Canvas or an Oekaki. Other times I will use a paper and pencil or Adobe Photoshop 7 xD. When I draw on the computer, I also usually use a tablet.

I know what I want, but I can't draw it. Can you design a tattoo for me?

SharpTattoos.com: Frequently Asked Questions... :)
an artist, I can and do design custom tattoos (in fact, I prefer it- a tattoo should be unique to the wearer), however, between working, designing flash and spending quality time with my family I can only design tattoos for people who will be clients of mine. I apologize and I do wish I could draw for everyone that requests it but unfortunately I would have no clue what to charge for an original custom piece that I would never be able to do on anyone else again.

What did you use to draw the images?

MMHP: FAQ
Through the years I’ve tried different paint packages, so actually MMHP represents art done on a wide variety of platforms. Of course, in order to answer this I’ll have to name products, but here we go. At first I mostly used Deluxe Paint, but you can’t buy that anymore. There’s a program known as Pro Motion that does pretty much the same job though, and can replace Deluxe Paint for most things.

Q - What do you use to draw and paint?

The Art of Synnabar: FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
A - I LOVE LOVE LOVE mechanical pencils, like the Quicker Clickers by Pentel. I often use click/stick erasers like the Sanford Tuff Stuff and Pentel Clic Eraser Stic. I like to use gray-paper stumps or tortillons to blend pencil. RSVP pens are great, too! I'll draw on almost anything, but I most often use bristol, illustration board, or cardstock, and sometimes specialty papers for fun.

What materials do I use to draw FoxTrot?

Bill Amend's FAQ Page
Currently I am using a combination of Micron Pigma permanent markers and Rapidograph pens on Strathmore 400 series smooth surface bristol board paper. I use a 2H pencil and a kneaded eraser to pencil the strips before I ink them. If you are interested in creating your own strip, it's important that you choose materials that you're comfortable with and that work to enhance your personal drawing style. Just because I use a particular pen doesn't make it the "pen of choice.

What articles of White Dwarf contain information for use with Advanced HeroQuest?

FAQ
Henchmen (new followers for AHQ: the Dwarf Trollslayer, the Elf Wardancer, the Human Captain, and the Wizard's Apprentice -- this material is duplicated in Terror in the Dark) Yes, this is an error. "Fireball" should be listed as the spell instead. (as indicated by an answer from a Games Workshop representative)

how did sheshomaru get his sword?

Inuyasha Frequently Asked Question FAQ
Do any of the villagers ever use Kagome's modern medicine, or only Inuyasha and friends? If anyone got their hands on some antiseptic and figured out how to reproduce it, Kagome would alter history by advancing medicine by 500 years!

What is White Dwarf?

White Dwarf is a magazine published by Games Workshop. Originally, it was a general role-playing magazine that printed articles about and for various popular games, but it eventually became exclusively devoted to printing material for games produced by Games Workshop and Citadel Miniatures.

What materials do you use to draw the strip?

Dominic Deegan: Oracle For Hire :: Sample Template
I draw the strip with a simple .7mm #2 mechanical pencil. You can find them at nearly any convenience store. I then ink it with a simple Pilot extra fine v-ball pen. I strengthen lines and add depth and detail with Staedtler pigment liners, sizes 0.1, 0.3, 0.5 and 0.7. The colored strips are colored with Prismacolor markers, and the backgrounds are colored pencil... which, I have found, look a lot like crayons when they are scanned.

What materials do you use to draw?

The Bigheads
Well, some pencils (the strips are usually sketched with 2B) and crowquills (yes, it's old fashioned, but nothing is black as ink). For more detailed information visit http://www.fotothing.com/thebigheads and see our profile.

Do I have to use my money before I can get a construction draw?

FAQ. Owner Builder Construction Loan, Log Home Financing, Co...
No. When you order a draw check you will call, email, mail or fax to us the draw request. We will then mail you a check made payable to you. You will deposit the check into your personal checking account and pay your contractors and suppliers.

Do I need to use the same numbers for each draw?

FAQs && Elotto
The decision is yours, but if you use the same numbers for each draw then you are only required to input your numbers once. If you use different numbers then you will be required to input the numbers each time you play Lotto or Euromillions. If you play Lotto or Euromillions regularly perhaps you should consider playing the multi-draws which allow you to play up to 8 Lotto draws or 4 Euromillions draws in the future.

I can't always get out to draw or paint. Should I copy photographs?

Welcome
Drawing from reference photographs can be helpful. I don't encourage "copying" photographs, just draw from them. A drawing copied from a photograph tends to be stiff and lifeless. Use photos as a point of departure. You can use them to record valuable details. There are a few things to keep in mind, however. Photos tend to flatten the picture plain. Shadows can be flat. Colors may be inaccurate. When I know I might work from a photo, I make sure I also do a quick reference sketch of the subject.

Why do I get the message "Can't draw text"?

Scorpio Connect - Car Broking, Auto Trading, Teach Yourself ...
The programme is normally designed to autoboot, which means that when you put the CD in the drive it knows exactly what to do - and it works. However, on NT and 2000 people with autoboot disabled sometimes try to install the programme and then run it using INSTALL.EXE. This is the execute for the old Windows 3.1 16-bit version of the programme (which we have been reluctant to get rid of because - believe it or not - some customers are still using Windows 3.1 and still appreciate it).
