The closest we get to be able to answer this question, is, I guess, found on the directors commentary track on the "Speedway Junky" DVD, where the director Nocholas Perry tells the following about Jonathan smoking in the movie. Jonathan's Windmill is located in Shipley, West Sussex, about 6 or 7 miles south of Horsham in the UK. The windmill is open to the public, but all of that lovely magic memorabilia that Jonathan owns will not be there.
