We use a high-temperature low-shrink resin and the best quality fiberglass mat. We don't use cloth because it will eventually print throug the gel coat and ruin the exterior paint's finish. After the main shell is laid, it is rough trimmed. Then it goes to the assembly shop where it is put in a jig where the inner panels are bonded and holes for the lights are cut.
