The account is the password. That means you need enter the account to decrypt the file/folder which be encrypted by using right click. The encrypted file/folder cannot open after uninstall the Data Security Wizard. But, if you can remember the previous password, the encrypted file/folder can be decrypted correctly after reinstall the Data Security Wizard. After wiped a partition, the contents of the partition and the volume will disappear from the operating system.

This FAQ assumes that you know your password and typed it correctly! The most likely cause for this problem is that you opened the encrypted file with Pocket Word or Pocket Excel. Never do this! In most cases when you get the message FILE NOT FOUND, it is because the person who is sending you the file did not click on an audio portion to send.
