For USA Mainland: If we receive your order back by 3pm then delivery will be made the following day, Tuesday to Friday. We do not send out deliveries over the weekend. Delivery is made by Royal Mail Special Delivery and is insured. This is included in the delivery charge of £10GBP. If you wish to have your watch delivered before 9am, the delivery cost is £20.00 GBP. We will call you the following day to confirm that you have received your order.

Kino offers shipping by U.S. Media Mail. Charges for U.S & Canada: $4.75 for first cassette/DVD; $1.00 for each additional item. Shipping outside of the U.S. is by Air Mail. Charges outside U.S. & Canada: $8.00 for first cassette/DVD; $3.50 for each additional item. In some cases we may offer promotions on standard shipping. Customers within the U.S can expect delivery within two weeks; non-U.S. customers should allow three to four weeks for delivery.

Delivery time depends on your exact location and are impossible to guarantee. Typically delivery to major cities world wide is approximately 3-4 days. If you live in a remote location this may be longer. Delivery times do not consider any possible delay or problem with your customs process- which are completely outside of our control. Typically our products clear customs while actually in transit, making the process extremely smooth and uncomplicated. However, there can occasionally be a delay.

All "New and Blue" designs are shipped from Vancouver, WA. "Tag and Co." orders are shipped from Chicago, IL and "Carlson Craft" orders are shipped from Minneapolis, MN. You may request UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day, or UPS Next Day Saver during the checkout process.

Journals and stationary items such as bookmarks are shipped free of charge. The cost to ship original art work will be added to the price of the painting. Our in-house processing time for most orders is 1-2 business days. Carrier delivery times vary but we allow a maximum of 5 business days for shipments on the West Coast and 10 business days for delivery to the East Coast. All deliveries in Singapore will be made to your doorstep. Alternatively, you may wish to collect your purchases at the following location: Countries have been segregated into Zones ( A to H). We include priority airmail shipping free of charge with every order. This generally takes about a week to ten days to arrive, but this can vary. We recommend allowing up to three weeks for the package to arrive in non-major city locations. We have other shipping options available - RegisteredPost priority airmail which takes 5-10 days and FedEx Next Business Day shipping which takes 24-72 hours depending on the day the order is placed (weekend delivery is not available).

Delivery to the United States is performed by FedEx express courier with 4 day delivery. For some orders international registered mail delivery may also be possible (for some orders with lower order totals).
