The customer is responsible for knowing all shipping regulations in their own country. If a package does get seized or is held, we will try to resend the package, once, at our expense, as a courtesy to the customer. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, we will bear no further responsibility. We have not yet had a case where two shipments to the same customer have been seized by customs. We're sorry, but we cannot issue refunds for seized shipments.

We estimate that between 3 and 5% of all orders are seized by customs. If your order is unfortunately seized and held by customs we will reship to you as per our reship policy.
