Arrival/Departure Record or I-94 card is created by the USCIS when the traveler is inspected upon arrival in the United States. The inspector endorses the I-94 card (Arrival/Departure Record) with the date, place of arrival the "class of admission" (which corresponds to the visa class), the length of time the traveler may remain in the United States, and any special conditions which may apply to the visit.

We strongly recommend that you allow for an acclimatization period prior to course commencement. Accommodation will be available at Yoga Oasis from 3 pm on June 4th at no additional cost. You should certainly arrange to arrive at Yoga Oasis no later than 5.00 pm on June 6th. Dinner will be served at 6pm on that day, followed immediately by a course introduction. Departure will be on the morning of June 30th. Breakfast will be provided.

Arrival: You can arrive up to one hour before the program begins. If you would like to arrive earlier, please call the Center to check if that is possible.

We have an orientation and gear check meeting on the day before the expedition starts (Day 0 on the itinerary). Most climbers plan to arrive on the evening before this day or early the morning of. We ask climbers to plan their return flight out of Anchorage for the second full day after the expedition is scheduled to end. The reason for this is that sometimes bad weather at Base Camp can delay our flight off the glacier.

Weekends: Check-in time is at 4:00pm and departure is at 11:00am. If the group coordinator needs to arrive an hour or two before check-in, please call Oakbridge first to find out if the camp is available at that time. Sutherland sleeps 25 upstairs and has one private room with a full size bed and private bath (room 9). Butterfield, Julian and Golden Eagle each sleep 32 or up to 44 using all the pull-out beds.
