Check your settings especially your username/password combination and the Wire mail servers: mail.the-wire.com Log into WebMail to confirm username and password and deleting the messages from the server will often fix the problem. Although the CD-ROMs have been designed for Windows computers, the data files containing the actual service manuals can be read on Macintosh computers running Adobe Acrobat Reader. So the answer is that the CD-ROMs will not function as designed but the service or parts manuals can still be read from the CD-ROM. Our products run directly off the CD.
