Our speaker clamps are made from polished aluminum and include stainless steel mounting hardware that will not rust. Unlike most of our competitors, we do offer our wakeboard enclosures without speakers and clamps at a reduced price! You can purchase clamps for an additional charge and we will install them for you, unless otherwise requested.

We now use a universal polished aluminum mounting clamp that will fit towers from 1 7/8"- 2.5" in diameter using the supplied rubber liners. Additional rubber strips can be used for towers smaller than 1 7/8". Our customers have also used PVC piping cut in half and installed around the tower to make the tower mounting diameter larger in order for the clamps to fit properly.

Stands are ideally made from heavy, rigid materials that are good at absorbing vibration and immune to the vibration of the speakers themselves. Stands should be of such a structure that, while being able to stably support the speakers at eye level to the listening position, they do not resonate. The D1, D2, D3, D5 stands made by Eclipse are ideal.

Make sure you are installing the ATV License Plate Kit in the proper area. The proper area should be your grab rail in the back of your quad or the luggage rack. If the clamps are still too small, try removing the rubber grommets that are wrapped around each clamp. If the license plate clamps are still too small, use the wire ties that are included in each package for installation.

We recommend using 3 clamps on a 25" deck seam. If you have only one set of 4 clamps and need to clamp 2 seams at once, use 2 per seam. On long deck seams we recommend spacing the clamps every 18 inches. Please remember that more clamps equals less sanding and less sandpaper

ideal speaker cabinet material would be very stiff, so that it would not tend to move with variations in box air pressure. It would also be very well damped, so that if it ever does deflect from air pressure, it will come back to the original position without resonating. It would also have a very high resonant frequency (supersonic), so that low frequency box air pressure would not cause it to resonate.

Manual zooms have cylindrical flanges. Motorized zooms can be mounted with flat plates. Both manual and motorized zooms can be held using adapter clamps.

Clamping force isn't the only reason hoses blow off during high boost and/or vibration of engine. Proper length, correct installation of hoses/piping, correct alignment of piping (pipes should be free of stress), beaded pipe ends, correct type of hose (hump hose) tensile strength of part and overall condition of the hose all contribute to the stability of intercooler/turbo connections. Also, over torque of clamps will cause damage to the hoses and oval aluminum piping.

For the best speaker damping and least amount of power loss you will want to use the heaviest gauge that is practical. The length of the speaker wire should be considered when considering wire gauge. The shorter the run, the smaller gauge you can use with minimum power and damping factor loss. The longer the run, the heavier gauge you will need to minimize power and damping factor loss. You will also want to consider the size of power amplifier you are using.

If you have a speaker and the terminals are no longer marked, you can do a simple test to determine which terminal is positive (+) and which is negative (-). This test is useful for midrange/midbass/subwoofers, but not for tweeters. Use a 1.5V battery (AA, C, D) and connect the (+) terminal on the battery to one terminal of the speaker, and connect the (-) terminal to the other terminal of the speaker. If the cone moves OUT, then the battery is connected "properly," i. e.

Problems occur (in everyday operation) when distortion is fed to a speaker. This occurs MUCH more often when you are dealing with an underpowered system - typically the owner will turn up the volume too much or set the amplifier gains too high to try and get more volume from the system. These introduce distortion to the signal - this will destroy *any* speaker. ((see Section 5.22).

Toastmasters International recognized a need to challenge and recognize those members whose speaking abilities and professionalism are of the highest caliber. In 1981, they initiated the professional level, Accredited Speaker designation with stringent qualifications and a challenging two-tiered judging process. Each fall, qualified Toastmasters from around the world are invited to submit audition tapes, which are juried by an international panel of judges.
