The Office of the Clerk of the Superior court is located in Room M206 in the County Courthouse at 3000 Rockefeller Ave, Everett, WA 98201 and a satellite office is located at the Denney Juvenile Justice Center, 2801 10th Street, Everett, WA, 98201. Both offices are open to the public from 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays.

The Nassau County Clerk's Office is located at 240 Old Country Road, Mineola. We are the blue building on the corner of Old Country Road and County Seat Drive. The Clerk's Office is open is open Monday through Friday from 9am to 4:45pm. To be sure that you have sufficient time to complete your business with the Clerk’s Office, please try to arrive no later than 4pm as we are unable to research or process any transactions after 4:30pm.

From the Long Island Expressway (495) LIE to exit #37 Willis Avenue head south towards Mineola. When Willis Avenue dead ends into Old Country Road make a right and immediately get into your left hand lane, turn left onto County Seat Drive, and begin looking for a parking space. Metered parking is available on County Seat Drive. Parking south of 240 Old Country Road is limited. Parking is available in Municipal lots, but be sure to observe posted restrictions.

The Town of Gilford Town Clerks office is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. We now have evening hours on Thursday’s from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The Clerk's Office is open from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Monday through Friday. The Clerk's Office is closed on legal holidays.

When documents are brought to the Recording Department (located at Metro Hall, 527 W. Jefferson, Room 204), they are recorded immediately following review. Please allow seven to ten days to receive the documents by return mail or, the original document can be picked up after five business days. If documents are mailed for recording, please address them to: Recordings, 527 W. Jefferson St., Room 204, Louisville, Ky. 40202. Depending on the volume, the turn around time can be two weeks.

Can any of the Jefferson County Clerk's Office staff serve as a witness for our wedding ceremony? A: Yes.

The Clerk's office is responsible for recording deeds and other real estate related documents, issuing marriage licenses, processing divorces and name changes, handling civil, criminal, probate and estate matters and maintaining court records and other records as provided by law.
