Technically transporting a hazardous material in anything other than a motorized vehicle is not covered by DOT. However, you must use some common sense to assure that you do not put yourself or others at risk. For example a glass bottle falling out of a bike basket would likely break if it fell out, while a small can of dry material probably wouldn't. Certainly! We have many guests who come along by themselves. Most make new friends along the way and find things in common (including biking speed) with other guests. Of course, you're always free to go at your own pace and decide when and where you want to stop. If you agree to share a room with another single (of the same sex) we will not charge you a supplement for a single room. If you prefer to have your own room, we suggest you pay the single supplement. The fee is based on the tour cost.

You can bring your own bike if you like. However, unless you are on an extended bike trip, it's much easier to rent our Cannondale F800 CAAD-3 bikes. We do not rent our bikes for use off the Anse Mamin site because we don't recommend riding on the roads for your own safety. Yes, we will allow Mtn bikes for first starters in our Wheelers Grade and Beginners Grade. In the interests of safety we will require you to be on a Road Bike as soon as you can. Great to hear it. We currently don't have a track! (It got removed as part of Yarrow Stadium revamp). A hard cover travel case costs about $275 from Bike Nashbar or Performance Bicycle mail order companies. Your local bike shop may rent cases, if you prefer to use one, but don’t want to purchase it. For tours that do not begin and end in the same city, there will be a US$30 bike travel case transfer fee. Boxing is inexpensive, but there is some risk of damage to your bike. The most susceptible parts are the front and rear dropouts where the wheel axles attach to the bike.

A - It is not recommended to walk on any concrete flooring or wood etc. because it may damage or take the edge off of your skate blade. The only flooring you should walk on is a padded or rubberized surface. If you need to cross any flooring that isn't padded you should wear a pair of skate guards.
