The new Precision Cart allows you to download your customers’ order information and import it directly into QuickBooks! The 4 customer fields are Domain Name, Credit Card Number, Credit Card Expiration Date, and Name on Credit Card. In the new window that pops up, enter the Four labels as company, Credit Card, Exp. To move an entire data file from one computer to another, you can back your data file to floppy disk(s) and restore it to another computer. To do this, click on File, Backup or File, Restore. All the information contained within any QuickBooks report can be exported to a Text (ASCII), Excel or tab delimited file. There should not be duplicate entries when you merge the data. The software will be set to merge using the VFC PIN# for the providers. As long as all users in a program use the same PIN for a provider, then the visit data will all be merged into one record for that provider. The easiest way, if possible, is to export your data from GnuCash into a QIF file and import that file using the File->Import->QIF menu in Moneydance.
