Answer: If you are requesting a new case number and receive this error message, you should contact the appropriate HOC and speak with an Endorsement Technician. The Endorsement Technician should be able to make the necessary corrections in CHUMS, which interfaces with SFIS overnight, and you will then be able to obtain a new case number. The HOC Staff are able to process the data correction because the previous FHA case number is still active in SFIS.

You might have made a typing mistake. Before you enter the information again, check the NUM Lock and CAPS Lock keys.

The Java Class Loader is trying to load a class from your webserver and your webserver is producing HTML output. This usually happens when you have an ErrorDocument handler for the 404 error (file not found), the web server issues a redirect (302) to another web page rather than issuing a 404 status to the client. Remove any 404 error document handler from your web server config file.

This message usually occurs if you are trying to view a version 9 or 10 Crystal report with version 8.xx of cView, cViewSERVER or cViewMANAGER. When I enter values for a multi-value parameter, I get this message at run-time: "The value / range you are adding already exists"

That error message means that the time setting is incorrect, by at least 12 hours, on the computer on which the client or server is running. You should check and reset the system clock. quot;Invalid configuration” messages result when you attempt to start SIMPLE while it is disabled during normal business hours or for scheduled maintenance. You must start and finish your O/PUS load during the specified time blocks. When determining your start time, you need to allow enough time to complete the process before business hours begin. This means that the billing address you are providing during the checkout process does not match with the address your bank has on file for you. Please provide the address that your bank, or credit card company, sends your billing statements to. If you are not sure of the address you will need to call your bank and find out what address they have on file for you. This might be happening because there is a problem with the library card number that you entered. Please re-check the library card number you entered on the Naxos Music Library log-in page. This error is simply caused by your credit card number being entered incorrectly on the secure online form. Try re-entering your credit card number again

The HiWAAY email gateway rejects messages with different errors depending upon the reason the message failed to pass through the HiWAAY sendmail filters. Where the senders address can be determined (highly unlikely if the message was spam), the sender will get an automatic return message, known as a 'bounce' notice from their gateway which will indicate their message failed to deliver to HiWAAY.

It means that the Username or Password that you have entered is not a valid combination. If you have forgotten your Username and Password, you may go to the Forgot Password section under Profile to obtain your password. You may also send an e-mail to the webmaster, who will then send your password to you upon matching your e-mail address with our database.
